Belvoir is part of the CWELCC Program.  The CWELCC System is part of an agreement with the federal and provincial governments to make child care more affordable for families. The program applies to eligible children under 6 years of age who are enrolled in participating licensed child cares.

Please note this program has a waitlist.
- To have your child added to the waitlist please go to: City of London & County of Middlesex | Child Care Waitlist (onehsn.com) and search for Belvoir.  Once your child nears the top of the waitlist we will send you the full registration package.  
***If you opt to complete this package without doing the above it will not be processed.

You will not have a space secured until you are:
-notified that you have been accepted
-pay the registration fee
-submit your childs vaccines or an affidavit for non-vaccination.
