Belvoir Cooperative Nursery School recognizes the importance of the parent-child connection, and encourages parent acknowledgement and participation in all elements of the program.

The Board of Directors and educator strive to maintain a reciprocal relationship with parents, through daily highlights of the student’s day at pick-up, weekly email communication, bi-monthly parent meetings and monthly documentation reports.

Parents are also encouraged to participate in the day-to-day activities of the program by being duty-parents and engaging with the student’s through play and educational activities.

Through this involvement, Belvoir strives to have parents feel a sense of ownership for the program, and in turn help their child develop a positive connection to learning.
